Managing Parts
Managing is done on the appropriate tab on the Inbox page.
Uploading parts
Any user can upload parts. A subscription must be active to allow part uploads.
To upload parts go to the Review tab of the Inbox.
Parts can then be uploaded by one of two methods. Pressing the Upload Part button which will bring up a file selection dialog. In that dialog you can select one or multiple part STL files to upload.
The second method is to select one or more part STL files in your file browser and drag and drop them on area under the Review tab.
Accepting parts
Any user role in the Funnel can accept parts.
Accepting a part is primarily confirming that the correct Template and Part type have been associated with the uploaded file.
To Accept a part you click on the part and the UI will show you a menu that allows you to perform the required action, and/or change the Part type/Template as required. It will also show you the detailed part information and a 3d view of the part. Below is a screen shot of an item being selected on the Review tab.
The item selected is given a grey background and the menu appears above the parts list. From the menu you can change the Part type if the classification the Funnel has made is incorrect, and if there are multiple templates that can be applied you can change them here.
To Accept the selection you can press either of the Accept buttons. Once a part is accepted it moved to the Accepted tab.
Accepting a part is similar only the actions are performed on the Review tab.
Multiple parts on a tab can be selected at a time with the regular key board modifiers for the mouse clicks, Shift+click, Ctrl+click. Or by clicking the check boxes that appear on the left hand side of the items when the mouse hovers over the part.
All parts on a tab can be selected/deselected by clicking the clicking the checkbox that appears when the mouse is over the titles of the table.
